  • Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe to Atlast Insights.
  • Client Portal sign-in: your email address and display name, provided when you sign in with an email one-time code, Google, or Microsoft. We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password.
  • Billing: your name, email, billing address, subscription, and invoice history, managed through Stripe. Card and payment details are entered directly with Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide proposals and services.
  • To send newsletters you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To verify that you are a registered client before giving access to the Client Portal and billing.
  • To bill for services, process payments, and send invoices and receipts.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our website and services. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments:

  • Microsoft Azure (website hosting, email one-time code sign-in, and automation of contact and newsletter requests).
  • Google and Microsoft (optional sign-in with your existing account; website fonts are served by Google Fonts).
  • Stripe (subscriptions, invoices, and payment processing).

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in to the Client Portal. Stripe may use cookies on its own billing pages for security and fraud prevention. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to provide our services, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you newsletters. Some information, such as invoices, may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. To make a request, contact us.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), verified sign-in, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
