These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.atlast-technology.com, the Atlast Client Portal, and online billing provided by Atlast Technology ("Atlast", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.
Services and agreements
The specific services we provide to a client, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, are described in the proposal, quote, or agreement accepted by that client. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the client’s agreement controls.
Subscriptions and billing
- Monthly service packages are billed in advance each month through Stripe. One-time setup fees, when they apply, are billed on the first invoice.
- Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. Services may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid.
- Prices shown on our website are in US dollars and may change; changes do not affect an active subscription until we notify you.
- To cancel or change a subscription, contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless your agreement says otherwise.
Client Portal accounts
Access to the Client Portal is limited to registered Atlast clients. Keep your email account secure, use only your own account, and tell us if you believe someone accessed it without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or Client Portal, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with their security or operation, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The website content, design, and the Atlast Technology name and logo belong to Atlast Technology. Ownership of work we create for clients is governed by each client’s agreement.
Third-party services
Sign-in and payments are provided by third parties such as Microsoft, Google, and Stripe, and are also subject to their terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Atlast Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Client Portal. Our responsibility for client services is described in each client’s agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
